Overview:
The Market Research Team produces comprehensive survey reports and conducts custom consulting projects for institutional investment firms, consultancy firms, and corporate organizations. Our team is focused on facilitating custom primary research survey projects for clients who wish to understand market trends within the Healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Consumer Goods, and Energy & Industrials markets.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility and play an important role in the maintenance and growth of long-term client relationships. The Senior Market Research Analyst will report to the Director of Market Research and will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including analysis of data and production of client reports.
This is a Hybrid role in our New York City office.
What You'll Do:
Execute on all aspects of the project life cycle, from target list creation, questionnaire development and survey programming through to analysis, interpretation of data and preparation of client reports
Research, identify, and recruit appropriate respondents needed to meet quotas for survey recruiting
Program and test questionnaires for online surveys
Analyze survey data into high-quality PowerPoint presentations with Key Findings and Recommendations
Manage relationships with survey respondents and vendors and answer all technical and non-technical questions pertaining to the survey
Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client request
Respond to RFQs and assess pricing and feasibility
Maintain project budget and work with team to ensure all aspects of the research operate smoothly
Work with other teams across Guidepoint in assisting and implementing surveys in various industries including healthcare, technology, retail, and industrials
What You Have:
Completed bachelor's degree in related field, master's level education a plus
Minimum 4 years of market research experience
Strong Qualtrics experience required
Ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong charting skills
Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of dashboards and data visualizations (ex. Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
