Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain innovative reporting tools and dashboards for use in various marketing applications including, but not limited to monitoring KPIs, forecasting revenue, and installed base conversion, and measuring outcomes of marketing programs.

  • Analyze, interpret, and summarize data findings to provide insight into financial, operational, and strategic marketing aspects of our business. Identify short and long-term market trends which could lead to business risks and/or growth opportunities.

  • Develop strong hypotheses and uncover business insights to highlight growth opportunities, actions, and response plans across marketing channels. Utilize insights to inform marketing plans and generate data sets for use in developing targeted campaigns.

  • Identify key data requirements and acquire data needed to create and maintain reporting tools; harmonize, rescale, and cleanse data for statistical techniques. Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure integrity of reporting tools and resolve anomalies together with data owners in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate monthly S&OP forecasting process by working collaboratively with variety of stakeholders to analyze anticipated changes in demand and measure impacts on business performance. Coordinate inputs for global S&OP forecasting process and execute process steps on behalf of the entire marketing team.

  • Conduct regular exchanges with stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs and challenges to align priorities and analytical tools across products or segments as appropriate.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • MS or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics and Data Science, or related disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research.

  • MBA preferred

  • A minimum of y years of experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, managing and/or coaching one or more analysts. Marketing Analytics experience and/or Healthcare or Medical Device industry.

  • Laboratory Diagnostics experience required.

  • Strong experience with business intelligence reporting tools (Power BI Expert preferred, Qlik, Tableau)

  • Experience performing or knowledge of complex data migration, and mining, to and from disparate data sources.

  • Ability to receive direction and work independently

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to work in a demanding environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $145,00 to $200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay.
