Partner with the best

As a Tolling Leader, you will be responsible for the procurement and operational management of Toll manufacturing services. You will build key relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure geographically based low-cost manufacturing. You will be integral in shaping efficiency to ensure we provide a reliable and compliant service.

As a Tolling Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading governance & decision rights of the tollers(s), related to operational decisions to support fulfillment on behalf of Baker Hughes

• Managing performance of the toller(s) with respect to defined KPIs, i.e., HSE, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

• Executing pricing and obligations related to the partnership.

• Paying invoices timely for tolling service fees and controlling operating expenses related to the inbound/outbound material movement and the cost related to providing production services.

• Partnering with the toller(s) on a strategy to support BH demand and product development on new part introduction (NPI)

• Ensuring that coverage exists if there is an expected/unexpected shutdown of the production environment.

• Resourcing Allocation - both on the toller(s) side and BH side to ensure the wing-to-wing fulfillment output occurs as expected and addressing gaps across both organizations.

• Leading indirectly - expectation is to partner with the toller(s) for optimal performance and ensure that gaps are addressed in a timely manner.

• Supporting supply network development - connecting to S&OP signals to ensure a supply base is prepared to support firm demand.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Proven 5 years experience in Chemical Manufacturing Plant Operation Management.

• Show strong oral and written communication skills.

• Have ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment and to address problem solving opportunities directly by leveraging resources both inside of organization.

• Have direct experience in managing and controlling operational plant expenses as well as capital investments.
