Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, with expertise in CNC programming, CAD systems (particularly CATIA), tooling design, and machining processes.

Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and design process development/improvements for aerospace manufacturing Coordinate changeover of tools/processes from design to production Analyze problems, drive root cause analysis, and implement improvement methods Develop fixtures, gages, and tooling for aerospace applications Mentor and train junior team members Research and develop new manufacturing processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field) Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD systems, with specific expertise in CATIA Experience with CNC programming and machining processes Demonstrated knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality management systems Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action Knowledge of metrology and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Experience in tooling design and development for aerospace applications Required Skills:
