Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead and enhance manufacturing processes, supporting documentation, and tools. The role involves evaluating, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements to ensure efficient production.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will also mentor team members and drive continuous improvement efforts across the department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and technical standards.

Evaluate complex manufacturing processes and recommend improvements. Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive solutions for high-level projects. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Oversee the procurement and implementation of new capital equipment. Travel as needed (less than 10%). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Previous CNC machining experience is required for this position.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of drafting standards and geometric dimensioning/tolerancing. U.S.
