We are seeking a top operational leader to manage Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery in Dallas, TX as the Senior Managing Partner of Operations.

Even if you do not have experience in our amazing profession, if you have proven leadership experience with large teams, we want to talk to you. We need a leader capable of managing several teams, driving service excellence for the families that trust us and strategic growth within the market.

This position will be responsible for directing and leading cemetery and funeral home operations, driving growth and profitability, ensuring the location attains revenue goals, capital project planning and execution, and team development. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal, strategic planning and execution, project management, and customer service skills while also being highly motivated and driven to succeed through collaboration and empowerment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the cemetery and funeral profession with experience leading large volume locations (1,000+) or multi-location markets with greater volume.

OR

  • A strong, highly organized leader, regardless of profession, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role. Must possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and have a track record of growing both teams and businesses.
