Achillion is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Manager who is highly energetic to lead and execute talent acquisition strategy and successfully help Achillion grow through talent acquisition. This leader will be responsible for all components of talent acquision including: Workforce planning, sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new colleagues to Achillion Additionally, this role will report to the Senior Vice President & Head of HR and will also partner with HR Director to support HR Operations projects.
Lead the recruiting and onboarding process working with Head of HR and HR Director
Source candidates leveraging latest job boards to ensure our positions are marketed well
Ensure a high quality candidate experience for all interviewees
Partner with the business to develop job requirement and job descriptions
Execute open requisition request and ensure appropriate approvals before positions are posted
Establish a robust and effective recruiting process
Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure engaging colleague experience into Achillion
Support HR Director and Head of HR in all aspects of HR Operations including benefits and support of all HR process and initiatives
Keep track of recruiting and headcount for Achillion
Educate leaders and managers on effective recruiting and interviewing processes
Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and systems
Liaise and negotiate with external recruiting firms and recruiters
Stays abreast of external practices and apply them appropriately
Reporting to SVP & Head of HR and works closely with HR Director
This position will regularly interact with individuals at all levels within the organization up to and including Senior Leadership Team, department heads, hiring managers, etc.
