About the role
Do you want to be a key player in unlocking a $50B technology titan for one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies in the world?
Are you a detail oriented and collaborative cross functional leader that wants to get stuff done? We are looking for a leader who can create and scale a global sales play that will drive highly increased, visible, and strategic SKUs toward new customers. San Francisco based candidate highly preferred.
A typical day could look like
Drive and execute a commitment to sell an increased amount of AppDynamics Visibility Pack (AVP) and meet with the VP of WW Commercial regularly on the commitment
Run a cross functional initiatives with meetings across sales, channels and marketing to inspect and track AVP sales
Working with the Data team to establish, track and update the propensity for value analysis
Create a global sales program that will drive AppDynamics Visibility Packs globally, this may include:
Regional Sales Competitions
Cisco and Channel demand generation events
Work with Cisco and AppDynamics Segment and GEO teams to own the program in region Cisco regions
Manage the metrics for AVP's globally, this includes:
Global pipeline visibility
Executive Dashboard and metrics
10+ years experience working with Corporate Software Sales (Cisco, or similar companies preferred)
Experience running, creating and leading large sales programs
Experience working in Enterprise Software sales, Business Development, or Strategy. (APM software is a huge plus)
Self Driven and Entrepreneurial
5+ years experience with Cross-functional leadership, or consulting. The candidate will be an IC with lots of dotted line resources. And / or have deep experience with matrixed organizations
Proven experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, or Program Management
Very collaborative and ability to effectively communicate to partners
