Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing SWIFT connectivity & liaison with DT and banking partners to ensure operational effectiveness

• Manage SWIFT projects, including those related to JPE implementations, banking changes, payroll & other implementations

• Lead process improvements & enhancements of Otis' Treasury Management System, Kyriba, including:

• Management of future Kyriba module implementations, including netting, payment factory, and others

• Development of system configuration workbooks to support implementations

• Lead issue resolution & root cause analysis

• Develop skills to serve as Kyriba power user

• Support ongoing expansion of the global cash pool as needed

• Provide coverage for the FX / Capital Markets function team during peak processing times to ensure timely processing of FX, intercompany lending, financing needs:

• Daily transaction processing & regulatory reporting

• Support of dealer activities related to the netting program and month end reporting

• Lead enhancements of the Treasury Center's portal applications (Foreign Exchange Request System and Intercompany Loan Request System) and Kyriba.

• Apply process management tools to develop standard work and drive continuous improvement. Actively support a customer focused organization.

• Support internal control environment for Treasury Center programs.

• Serve as key contact with bank counterparties.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Education:

• B.S. degree required, in finance or systems related subject preferred.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years related experience

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• 2 - 3 years Kyriba experience

• Strong organizational & analytical skills
