Senior Manager, Treasury Operations

Job Description Job Description Our client, a vertically integrated, multi state cannabis company is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. The Senior Manager of Treasury Operations will oversee key aspects of external financing, foreign currency risk management, treasury reporting, and implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities include managing daily cash transactions, ensuring liquidity, forecasting short-term borrowing needs, executing investment activities, and ensuring compliance. The role will support new business initiatives, including store openings and financing opportunities, and establish KPIs and reporting frameworks. Job Responsibilities:

Update and maintain complex debt and financing schedules, calendars, rates, compliance, and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Manage daily cash management and reconciliation across business units, handling cash, payments, funding, intercompany transactions, and reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, cash couriers, and other vendors.

Create and monitor Treasury policies and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency. Assess the impact of business strategies on long-term liquidity and financing needs. Optimize treasury costs and practices through project management, analysis, scorecarding, and reporting.

Assist in managing interest rate and financial risks. Support business units in evaluating financial aspects of purchase, sales, financing, and leasing proposals. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested by senior management.

Assist in capital market activities including foreign exchange, debt issuance, and interest rate swaps. Lead initiatives related to new business endeavors, such as store openings, bank relationships, payment methods, and financing opportunities. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting infrastructure related to treasury operations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (Master’s preferred) 8-10 years of Corporate Finance experience with Treasury Operations Strong understanding of treasury and accounting principles Effective communication across various management levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial software Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail, sound judgment, and self-motivation Compensation: ($160,000-$200,000) If this sounds like the position you have been waiting for, please apply using the online application or the link below - all inquiries are strictly confidential.
