In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Manager of Treasury will be primarily responsible for coordinating the Company's debt financing transactions, and also support a multitude of other treasury-related activities including Cash Management, Commodity Risk Management, and maintaining lender relationships. In summary, the Senior Manager of Treasury is expected to serve as a seasoned professional who oversees daily treasury operations, manages financial risks, and ensures the organization's financial stability and growth.

Special focus to be placed on: Serve as Project Manager on Diversified debt financings including Asset Backed Securitizations ("ABS"), Revolving Credit Facility and M&A related transactions. Serve as a primary point of contact for credit investors and counterparties including ABS investors, bank relationship managers and commodity sales representatives.

Coordinate structured commodity-linked financings in close partnership with other Diversified commodity risk management team members. Coordinate requests from participating lenders in the Company's $1.5 Billion revolving credit facility. Conduct Debt Facility modeling including analyzing debt structures and repayment schedules as well as evaluating the impact of debt on the organization's financial health.

Assist with preparation of materials required for various presentations including board package, semi-annual bank meetings and rating agency surveillance work. Assist with negotiating term and covenant packages with new and amended credit facility packages. Work closely with Diversified's Financial Planning & Analysis group to ensure accuracy of underwriting models associated with debt financings Monitoring credit lines and planning for liquidity needs to ensure the Company can meets it financial obligations.

Supports various Corporate Finance projects and requests related to, but not limited to, capital markets, rating agencies, peer benchmarking, etc. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years' experience in Treasury or Banking functions MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P) a plus CFA Level 1 or higher a plus
