Senior Manager, Treasury Accounting

Basic Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least

5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or

2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• 8 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in accounting with

a focus on Treasury Accounting

• CPA or equivalent with clear progressive professional accounting experience,

preferably in a publicly traded company and/or with a public accounting firm

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 815 (Derivatives and

Hedging), ASC 820 (Fair Value Measurement), and ASC 320 (Investments in

Debt and Equity Securities)

• Experience with CECL accounting

• Excellent leadership and management skills with track record of building and

leading high performing teams

• Relevant Sarbanes Oxley experience

• Experience with financial systems and treasury accounting applications,

including Oracle, Quantum, Blackline and Reval

• Strong accounting, quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to accurately

apply key U.S. GAAP to different business situations

• Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and

actively incorporates input from various sources; has experience working with

others on a global basis

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Change oriented - actively generates process improvements; champions and

drives change initiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways

• Proactive, a self-starter who is accountable and exhibits ownership of

delegated tasks and projects

• Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and

verbal) with all levels of an organization

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 133,000.00 to 192,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
