As Senior Manager, Talent Management, you will drive strategic enterprise-wide initiatives that have a real impact on advancing Adobe's talent trajectory to meet the demands of our fast-growing, changing business.
Core responsibilities include:
Be a subject matter expert on talent management; contributing to the vision, pragmatic program management, and innovative programs that will enable the identification and growth of talent.
In partnership with the Head of Talent Development and Employee Experience leaders contribute to the talent management strategy to support future business growth and change
Own and embed a new capability framework throughout the talent life-cycle
Refresh talent review processes to create a consistent, objective and easy-to-use approach
Establish best practices for tracking, promoting and moving talent, especially high-potential and leadership (Director+)
Curate and centralize scalable approaches to talent assessment
Manage our pioneering Check-in program across the business, with a focus on building expectation setting, feedback capabilities and underscoring the importance of individuals driving their growth & development
Work with insights and broader talent development teams to determine appropriate talent metrics to measure progress and impact of programs
Be a trusted adviser to talent development, business partners, business leaders, insights and talent acquisition to ensure alignment and collective progression towards our talent management goals.
Monitor the development of high-potential talent by ensuring that development plans are in place and progressing.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive internal mobility and ensure key talent is prioritized for critical positions
Manage programs end-to-end; create clear program vision, plan, timeline, stakeholder maps, communications plan and enablement of partners
Bring thought leadership and innovation: you will develop sustainable solutions to significant, complex, long-term challenges facing the business.
Expert HR professional and/or management consulting experience in developing and leading Talent management programs from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment
Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions including assessment, capability/competency modeling, talent review and high-potential talent development is essential.
Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
Demonstrated skills and experience in driving strategy implementation in a large complex organization
Demonstrated analytical skills and an ability to make the complex simple
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
