As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of 9 talent acquisition partners (TAPs) to hire and promote a talented and diverse North America sales and service workforce, enabling Commercial HVAC to win! This is a superb opportunity to impact our company with the department comprising approximately 40% of North America hiring.
You'll do this through excellent partnerships with senior human resources, sales, and service leaders that craft the most effective recruiting culture. We believe this culture includes all three partners collaborating to plan and implement a tailored recruiting strategy aligned with our company's operating model. It also includes a shared accountability of TAPs, HR business partners, and hiring managers.
Success starts with developing an understanding of:
The HVAC and building controls industries
Trane's competitive landscape
The business long range, annual operating, and workforce plans
Then, you will actively plan how to reach agreed-upon partnership and performance levels. This includes flexing resources for strategic priorities and seasonal hiring peaks. You'll influence at multiple levels to find creative talent solutions.

You should have at least a bachelor's degree and 10 years of successful related experience.
