The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished talent acquisition specialist to join our People team as a Senior Manager. As a Senior Manager for TA, you will play a key role in partnering across the business to develop and execute candidate sourcing, interviewing, closing, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies across the business. You will maintain exceptional standards and best practices with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle. This is a key role focused on attracting and hiring top talent into a high performing company by driving a comprehensive and refined end-to-end hiring process.

As a Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at Chronograph, you will:

  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process to attract, identify, engage, evaluate, and close differentiated talent and top candidates.

  • Be a thought partner to stakeholders and executives across the business to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for attracting high performers in all functions.

  • Act as an advocate for both the hiring team and candidates, establishing regular touch points and maintaining thorough follow through.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, scorecards, selection criteria, and application screening approaches.

  • Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes.

  • Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.

  • Work closely with hiring teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.

  • Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, and identify potential fit through effective interviewing and testing.

  • Recommend hiring decisions to upper management based on candidate qualifications.

  • Work with Marketing to improve and refine our talent marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct reference checks to verify information in applications or resumes.

  • Support the Company's commitment to inclusion and diversity by sourcing and presenting diverse candidates.

  • Collaborate across the organization to build and refine processes to ensure efficient growth into the future.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with six (6+) years of talent acquisition and/or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience designing and executing new talent acquisition programs.

  • Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast paced, distributed workforce.

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior and executive business leaders.

  • Strong focus candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.

  • Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, time to hire, etc).

  • A positive attitude: you're a team player and you work effectively with different teams.

  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.

  • A "solutions-focused" approach, having the ability to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly.

  • Technical recruiting experience preferred.

  • Experience using Greenhouse (ATS), preferred.
