We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager - Systems & New Capabilities (GPXpress). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to transform business processes and drive growth. Candidate also must have a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable technology strategies by articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This role can sit in either Green Bay or Atlanta.
Our Team
The GPXpress team is responsible for supporting our sales team by providing technical support to our customers, analyzing metrics and reports, and assisting in product sales. GPXpress is responsible for customer facing systems. We are involved in design, development, and support of self service. Our team understands the voice of the customer and has a passion for serving them. We have a diverse team and welcome diversity of thought and background and consistently seek ways to do things better and more efficiently.
What You Will Do
Lead GPXpress Tech and Process Improvements across GPXpress areas of responsibility to support GPXpress and CPG business strategies
Demonstrate via reporting/analysis the incremental Sales & Business Impacts of GPXpress by key support areas
Lead innovations in Tech to enable Process, Training, and Inbound selling
Lead organization through management, processing, and interpretation of data in order to identify and define the solution that will maximize the value delivered
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of experience in business-to-business or business-to-consumer transactions
Experience mentoring and coaching employees
Analytical or project management experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion
Willing to travel up to 10% - 20%
