ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deliver a multi-quarter demand plans that support Business Quarterly revenue targets
Work with factory operations teams for supply alignment to demand plans
Review and release weekly supply plans to BU and other stakeholders
Define, implement and manage finished goods inventory strategy in order to balance customer service levels and inventory costs
Manage product transitions to support new product ramp while ensuring minimized exposure on EOL products
Support freight logistics cost reduction programs
Be point of contact for all demand plans supporting Device and Content Solution BUs
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Monitor FGI aging and work on mitigation plans with BU teams
Maintain accuracy of operational demand
Requires close collaboration with BU, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics teams, and Sales teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Hands on experience with Demantra, i2, Oracle, Tableau will be a plus
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
