WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Senior Manager Strategy Planning & Insight

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC USA

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Marketing - SP&I (New categories).

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative leader who is excited by changing the status-quo to join our Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) team as a Sr Manager of Integrated Marketing Planning. In this Marketing Planning role, you'll spearhead the integrated planning of how our vaping, modern oral, traditional cigarette and smokeless brands connect with our adult nicotine consumers. You will help to determine and drive the company towards the optimal use of our resources, leading to fewer, bigger, better planned activities that help us to realize our company goals.

As Sr Manager, you'll collaborate with other Directors & Senior Directors across the organization, as well as agency partners to help further our marketing plans.

The monthly cycle plan forum will be a key opportunity for you to help drive our business. At this forum you will help facilitate consumer relevant choices, when it comes to resource allocation across brands, channels, and activation touchpoints. You will help bring & align internal stakeholders on both the creative brief & consumer integrated communication plan ahead of brand launches. You will also help the organization respond to opportunities to both correct and accelerate performance in the market, working closely within our Strategy Planning & Insights team, brand team and our broader activations team. About 70% of your role will be working within the agreed annual plan, but approximately 30% will be in response to our market environment, whether that be brand performance, competitor activities or changes within our regulatory environment. Our industry can be especially dynamic and as such, you will need to be agile, resilient & always full of creative energy!

As a true champion of the consumer, you will look to outside of category inspiration, as well as our internal global resources to help challenge the status quo.

Cross functionally, you will help to build strong SLAs & KPIs, helping to define the appropriate handover between functions, ensuring we deliver our integrated cycle plans efficiently and effectively, whilst taking responsible and calculated risks to expand the current definitions of possible, especially in moments of market disruption.

This is a pivotal role within the organization and an opportunity to help strategically transform and drive every aspect of how our plans deliver integrated consumer experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
