Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Manager, Strategic Sourcing to focus on the fixtures, furniture and equiptment. You will be a key member of our Operations and Strategic Sourcing Team managing procurement engagements. This role reports to the Director of Stategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing strategies and solutions that deliver cost savings while maintaining supply chain continuity and performance. Areas this role is responsible for are sourcing and managing, including but not limited to:

  • Construction material for new stores: Fixtures, lighting, flooring, signage, material handling, and supplies

  • Visual merchandise: Free standing fixtures, mannequins/body form, hangers

  • Supplies: Office, janitorial, restaurant

  • Material handling

  • General Construction Services

  • Facilities, Repair and Maintenance Services

  • Build, manage and execute RFPs; meet with potential participants, both incumbents and non-incumbents, answer RFP related questions from suppliers, analyze RFP results and help choose final supplier(s).

  • Negotiate best pricing and service through the application of LogicSource's sourcing methodology, ensuring all buying complies with client policies and procedures.

  • Build a best-in-class supply chain; cultivate and manage relationships with best-in-class suppliers.

  • Implement and adhere to the supplier management structure and process.

  • Create a database of supplier pricing and pricing agreements, including key performance metrics for service quality, inventory management, volume and cost performance indicators.

  • Provide sourcing support across multiple clients, providing direction and best practices for on-site buyers.

  • Provide detailed cost analysis reports to the LogicSource leadership team and stakeholders.

  • Support Client Operations and Implementation teams throughout implementation and steady state across multiple clients, providing direction and best practices for on-site buyers.

  • Provide continued subject matter expertise and problem-solving support for on-site client teams.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of six (6) years cross-functional experience in managing strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, logistics, shipping operations and material management for retail store operations

  • At least two (2) years at Manager level, experience would include: Indirect procurement, supply chain management and developing RFPs and RFIs for indirect materials.

  • Direct client interfacing, preferably mid-senior level management.

  • Managing employees and working within teams.

  • Experience within services industries (e.g., professional consulting, BPO, outsourcing).

  • Inventory management, requisitioning, fulfillment and distribution.

  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility in areas beyond defined scope of work.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within an evolving and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in financial analysis and planning.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Understanding of retail operations in procurement or store development functions.

Travel

This position will be required to Travel 25%
