Senior Manager, Spiritual Health Services
The Senior Manager, Spiritual Health Services is responsible for leading and supporting a broad range of professional spiritual care services to serve the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. The Senior Manager assures that spiritual care and the services of the professional chaplain caregivers are an integral part of the overall ministry [organization]. The Manager is responsible for the recruitment, selection, assignments, scheduling, development, counseling and retention or termination of the chaplain caregivers, as well as any caregivers and volunteers that may be associated with Spiritual Health Services. As a leader of the healthcare team, is directly responsible for department support of the mission and values, and for leading implementation of policies and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and of the facility and in the ministries in which they serve.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution
Coursework/Training
Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification
5 years Progressive responsibility for leadership functions
4 years experience as a chaplain
