The Senior Manager, Science and Technology Content Strategy is responsible for aligning and executing our science and technology (S&T) communications strategy for Danaher's Diagnostics Platform with Corporate, Platform, and Operating Company (OpCo) input to enhance our reputation as a global leader in diagnostics innovation and drive engagement of S&T talent across our six operating companies.

This position is part of the Diagnostics Platform CSO Office and will be located remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage development and execution of a comprehensive diagnostics S&T communications plan, promoting Danaher as a leader in diagnostics innovation to both internal and external stakeholders and partner closely with the Diagnostics Platform and corporate S&T teams to create and implement diagnostics S&T communication plan that aligns with business goals, metrics, and timelines.

• Engage with the S&T community across the Diagnostics Platform to create and share compelling content, driving measurable talent engagement, a culture of innovation, and awareness of emerging technologies and trends of strategic importance.

• Commit to innovative storytelling across all relevant channels, measuring the effectiveness of communications strategies and proactively adjusting tactics based on KPIs to maximize impact across targeted audiences.

• Produce a variety of tactical written materials, including executive communications, presentations, and social media content, to support the Diagnostics Platform's S&T strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels and geographies within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills in English. Able to clearly communicate complex stories in an easy-to-understand manner in pictures and words.

• Demonstrated experience in building strong internal and external relationships and credibility quickly across all hierarchical levels and skillfully work with and influence business leaders utilizing strong organizational and interpersonal skills, easily switching between high-level and tactical execution topics.

• Demonstrated experience communicating and supporting change through transformational enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, diverse matrix/remote environment to advance strategic narratives.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced degree in business, communications, or research

• 5+ years of experience managing communications in a health sciences-related industry.

The salary range for this role is $110K - $140K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
