    DoorDash is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to build strategic projects that enhance sales productivity by allowing our teams to be more engaging in targeting and closing the most valuable partnerships at scale. You will work with our sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build the merchant foundation.

  • Qualifications*

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business development, operations, or consulting; with direct management experience, high-growth startup or sales ops experience

  • Analytics and technical skillset and make recommendations out of complex datasets

  • Experience with Analytics tools such as SQL and Salesforce tools

  • About the Role

  • As our Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, you'll discover and create performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to grow. This will include building go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization, strategic plans to enhance productivity, process redesign, product roadmap and launches, resource allocation and pipeline analytics. You will sit at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our our teams, and will require prioritization and data-driven solutions to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

The Team You'll Work With The GTM Strategy & Operations team partners with Sales & Marketing leaders to drive Carta's revenue strategy and best-in class execution.
