Senior Manager Sales Strategy and Operations - Reporting

The Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Manager proactively drives sales programs and strategies across the region and identifies and implements significant improvements to sales productivity.
You work independently and directly with Sales Leaders and Equinix executives
Manages reporting and dashboard production weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for AMER Sales leadership
Designs and enables dashboards that are used by AMER, leveraging the Global reporting team for streamlining and automation. These may include: Pipeline reports, Rep performance reporting
You work with Sales Reps and Sales leadership to determine reporting needs
Oversees modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate options that are seen as industry best practices/ true innovation
Actively finds opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes for Sales Region and will share best practices across Sales Regions
Manages cross-functional teams across both sales and sales operations
Viewed as a leader with vision / innovator to minimize waste and minimize variation
You represent and support the sales organization in Sales Operations related matters
Investigates complex issue escalations and provides timely response to sales teams
You sign off on process improvements and communicates to stakeholders
10+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task across projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands on self starter with plenty of drive and ambition
Excellent in MS Office and financial modeling
