Job Location: Hershey, PA
(Hershey, PA Preferred or remote with travel to Hershey, PA)
Serve as primary Home Office leader in planning, developing, coordinating, and assist executing one- and three-year collaborative Customer/Channel plans
Be the internal expert Channel, understanding key Customer strategies, success metrics, programs, and syndicated purchase/shopper data
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Mgmt and Insights to develop, communicate, and utilize channel, customer, and shopper insights
Key responsibilities include developing, evaluating and supporting company and channel sales strategies, providing execution direction and guidance while aligning with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales Teams and Customers to explore program, item and merchandising opportunities
Develop strategic linkage from Company to Customer Plans; coordinate internal and external resources for Planning meetings

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, etc.):
Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred Experience: 7+ years of experience understanding Marketing strategy and shopper behavior
