The position of Sr. Finance Manager Americas Sales Finance (Enterprise) will be responsible for supporting the America's Enterprise Sales organization's day-to-day financial operations across Bookings, Renewals and Services. Includes supporting broader Sales organization, ensuring that annual objectives and financial targets are met. You will be asked to provide strong financial stewardship and robust reporting and analytical skills to help drive the business forward and work within the wider Americas GTM team in order to achieve Adobe's stated objectives.


  • Support senior sales management to ensure bookings, renewals, services, expense and ROI targets are met

  • Accountable for building and driving the overall NA Region ROI for key sales leaders

  • Support the weekly sales forecast cadence across bookings, renewals and services (including sales readouts and submission through corporate)

  • Manage the monthly financial close process related to bookings, renewals, services and expenses

  • Help drive a quarterly rolling forecast for key top line expectations

  • Build rigor on providing insight and value-added analysis to the leadership team

  • Help establish customer health metrics to assess product adoption, customer value, renewal risk, propensity to buy

  • Drive data driven decision making and help frame strategy alternatives with data for the leadership team

  • Drive scalable and robust business process across all aspects of financial measures

Required and Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS industry and Sales Finance experience understanding of related finance and accounting issues (

  • High aptitude for cross-functional work

  • Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience with financial modeling and framing decisions with data

  • Outstanding communication skills and business partnership skills

  • Must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications/business impact and provide recommendations

  • High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in SFDC, Power BI and Anaplan are preferred. Tableau, SAP, TM1 and PowerPoint are a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred

  • Minimum 7-10 years of FP&A (or related) experience required
