Job Overview:

Today Arm has more than 6,000 people in its organisation, and in a fast-paced organisation, it's key to have certain people within the company who are focused on driving clear communication and cohesion between certain groups - and this is that role.

We are a looking for a leader to help drive our sales enablement function, which is passionate about four key areas:

  • Communication: ensure greater unity and alignment between Sales, LoB and Marketing through regular training and communication.

  • Able to work onsite at our San Jose, CA office and able to travel as needed including out of the country.

  • Collateral: ensure Sales can quickly, easily access up-to-date information from Marketing and LoB when they need it.

  • Connections: establish robust communication channels and feedback loops through positive relationships with Sales VPs and key sales partners. Also, help others quickly bridge connections with the people in other functions.

  • Consistency: ensure we communicate as one Arm with consistent processes and collateral.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a trusted go-to partner to drive efficiencies, share information and bring cohesion between SPE/LoB/Marketing resulting in a more direct path to revenue growth.

  • Ensure a close collaboration with the Highspot team so all of the relevant information from Marketing/LoB is delivered in a timely way, quickly accessible and clearly articulated

  • Help each group quickly, easily access up-to-date information from other groups, including news and announcements, solution briefings, team updates and more.

  • Lead the content programme for the Global Commercial Conference (GCC) team

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A solid understanding of Arm's business, technology, industry and ecosystem.

  • Candidate must be able to work on-site in the San Jose office, minimum of 2 days a week. (There is not a relocation budget for this role).

  • A proven record of working across a wide range of teams and groups, demonstrating cross-functional teamwork, communication and team leadership skills.

  • Clear, high quality, concise written and verbal communication style and an eye for detail.

  • The ability to drive progress with a wide range of contributors across different functions, regions, and partners.

  • Strong project management and follow-through skills to keep all the various conversations, projects and communications on track and delivered successfully.

  • Confident and proactive in scheduling own workload and planning tasks optimally. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of people.

In Return:

Salary Range:

From: $182,700

To: $247,500
