Carbon Black is hiring a Sr. Manager of Sales Content and Communications on our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you'll lead all activities/initiatives focused on the management of: sales tools / content production, sales repositories and sales communications.
This individual will be responsible for equipping our inside, partner, sales support and field sellers with the information, tools and processes to increase deal velocity.
What you'll do
Managing and designing the content repository for sales resources and documentation
Managing and designing the Learning Management System (LMS) for sales, partner, and sales engineering onboarding and continuous training curricula.
Designing, developing and managing the projects associated with the production of all Carbon Black sales assets including:
Case studies, competitive information fact sheets, playbooks and product collateral
Video on Demand for Sales Training and Development
Development of the CRM curriculum and learning roadmap for all sales operations platforms
Develop/re-purpose relevant GTM content in support of regional sales managers and account executives as required.
Assist sales leadership in understanding, participating and obtaining buy-in for all sales enablement programs
Daily Activities include
Liaise with Marketing, Product Marketing and Instructional Designers to build Go-to-Customer sales assets
Manage and administrate sales content and knowledge repositories, including file sharing content platform and Learning Management System
Design and advise on the architecture for overall content/knowledge repository implementation
Own the process of managing all content, including all governance policies and maintenance schedules
Build and run custom reports for content/knowledge platforms concerning customer engagement and marketing analytics
Manage regular communications to the sales organization
What you'll bring
3-5 years of experience with the following:
Sales Tools and Content Development
Building and managing content repositories and process
Learning Management Systems
Ability to work with senior executives
Ability and desire to work cross-functionally.
Strong project and program management skills and high attention to detail
