Position Summary

As a Sr Manager, Infrastructure Financial Operations at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role overseeing and optimizing the technology investments and financial performance of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing contract related data, providing insights and value realization across our technology portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Analysis: Evaluate and dissect financial aspects of contracts, including insights into technology investments, expenditures, and ROI.

  • Benchmarking: contracts against industry standards, ensuring optimal financial terms and compliance.

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast contract performance, impact to budget and support business decision making.

  • Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variance between contract financials and budgeted/forecasted figures.

  • Risk Assessment: Assess contract risks and propose strategies to mitigate financial exposure.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on contract financial performance for senior leaders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, finance, and operation teams to ensure financial terms of contracts align with company objectives

  • Process improvement: Continually seek opportunities to enhance contract financial processes and efficiency.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards in contract financials.

  • Communicate IT costs and value to stakeholders, enabling informed decision making.

  • Drive awareness and understanding of IT financial management across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Strong financial analysis and budget management skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years experience in a financial management role, preferably supporting a technology intensive organization

Knowledge of technology business management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

Familiarity with IT governance, project management and portfolio management principles

Relevant certifications (e.g. TBM, ITIL)

Education

Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
