KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Valuations practice.
Manage and deliver real estate valuation services for assets located throughout the United States and globally
Be familiar with valuations prepared for ASC 805 purposes
Supervise and mentor staff of between ten and twenty five professionals
Play a major role in business development efforts
Minimum of eight years of experience with real estate asset valuations related projects with an audit, tax and advisory firm or a firm that provides valuations for ASC 805 purposes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (real estate, finance, economics, or business) from an accredited college/university, a Masters' degree is a plus
State Appraisers license in at least one state is required and the MAI designation
Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to develop and maintain existing internal and client relationships and help to build new relationships with key local office targets
