Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Organization's Quality Systems and supporting the companies' production, validation, and resolution processes. This candidate will provide strategic direction and vision for quality and deliver input to develop strategies for manufacturing and quality teams. They will also establish quality standards, collaborate on audits, and lead project teams for new product development. In addition, they will manage the quality systems auditing practices, and coordinate and conduct internal & external audits or supplier assessments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement. Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead investigations into product or process non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures.
Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Regulatory Compliance. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
Manage the Quality Department Direct and Indirect Reports. Provide strong leadership with a focus on attracting, motivating, developing best-in-class talent. Build a high performing team. Ensure the teams are engaged and development opportunities are executed. Mentor, teach and train to develop future leaders.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of Relevant Experience
Six Sigma Certification or other process improvement standardization certification such as ISO9001, IATF
Automotive Experience
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
Working Environment
Variable, consisting of both the office environment and the manufacturing floor. Potential hazards include proximity of moving machinery. The position may require an individual to stand, stoop, move equipment; bend, reach, or lift for prolonged periods of time. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) includes safety glasses, hearing protection and steel toe footwear.

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
