The Role

As a Senior Manager, Project Management - you are responsible for leading efforts surrounding large scale implementation within the Enterprise HR Tools and Platforms team, supporting Enterprise-wide cloud-based skills and learning technology. In this role you will work with a team that is passionate about enhancing the experience for all Fidelity associates by streamlining the digital ecosystem. This individual should be highly organized, comfortable driving discussion at all levels of the organization and have the ability to successfully monitor efforts to ensure optimal health of the project is maintained. As a member of the HR Shared Services Tools and Platforms Team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and transformation of our learning and skills offering to support the career development of all of Fidelity's associates globally. In this role, you will manage large implementation projects and you will work closely with business partners to build standards, gather feedback, assess impact, and implement.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years program/project management experience working across multiple business units

  • Strong project management experience, proven dedication to delivering frequent, high business value features

  • Ability to represent large, sophisticated problems and solutions at the right level for consumption

  • Outstanding communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to collaborate successfully with business partners, development teams, and/or external vendors on plans, project management, requirements, design, testing, and implementation of solutions throughout the development lifecycle

  • Lead the cross project / cross functional team to develop and implement solutions to address customer needs

  • Communicates status and resolving issues related to the project that impacts deliverables, time lines, and services

  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting project status' / progress to Fidelity leaders

  • Managing costs by monitoring each projects' or programs' scope, meeting established timelines, managing expenses and delivering solutions within the standard service model

  • Understand platform/servicing standards and driving project to meet defined standards

  • Partners with leaders within the platform organization - especially those also supporting the Skills and Learning product(s).

  • Partner with Enterprise Skills and Talent Development and Learning team, HR Readiness team and others to organize and lead the teams through platform implementation into steady state adoption.

  • Building trust and demonstrating solid working relationships with key business partner

  • Agile experience preferred

  • HR and/or learning and development background is helpful

  • Exposure to and proficiency within Learner Experience Platforms, Learning Management Systems, Talent Experience Platforms a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Travel required: <10%

This position includes a high level of collaboration with various consultants, Wolfspeed employees, and contractor personnel. This role also assumes responsibility for planning, developing, establishing, and controlling methods and procedures for cleanroom and manufacturing space construction to increase overall effectiveness of Wolfspeed's facilities.</p><p>The Day-to-Day:</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the management of large scale manufacturing projects involving central utilities, cleanroom construction, site development, and process systems.</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor and subcontractor procurement/ selection (in collaboration with Wolfspeed Purchasing), conflict resolution, bidding, budgeting and the development of customer relationships.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of project controls, including information reporting, change order management, and process management are applied in day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills to all constituents and operating with a sense of urgency is a key success factor for this position.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for managing the entire construction process from pre-construction through to project close out, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
