As a Sr. Manager, Product Operations in the Lowe's Digital organization, you will be leading a team of global ecommerce talent. You will foster an open engineering culture that encourages collaborative decision making. We are seeking an inspiring, technically savvy, consumer product focused leader who is passionate about building best in-class customer focused ecommerce operations to boost our business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage product operations capability to benefit our product teams.

  • Build a team with 24/7 capability to support all product and business operational needs

  • Enable journey-based testing of all critical flows within ecommerce on all (Browse, purchase, search, recommendations, promo, links, flyout etc.,)

  • Identify product performance (KPI) against online plan for (Visits, orders, conversion, revenue, AOV) understand and report with insights (include Marketing, promotions, inventory, customer feedback, Contact Center escalations etc.,)

  • Implement SOPs as needed (flyouts, store hour changes, JSON updates, Banner changes etc.,)

  • Handle executive escalations on ecommerce product related issues

  • Analyze business issues and quantify and help prioritize for our product teams

  • Communication KPI deviation, reports and any operational issues

  • Manage issues Manage and resolve issues by engaging right teams

  • Build additional operational capabilities for the future business needs

  • Identify and enable tools and instrumentation to support business needs

  • Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers and senior management

  • Partners with the product team to help inform the priorities within a set of products, applications, and/or services

  • Hires, trains, and develops talent for growth opportunities; monitors team/individual's morale and engagement to maintain highly effective and collaborative environments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field
  • 10 years of IT or ecommerce related experience
  • 6 years of experience with ecommerce related field
  • 5 years of experience providing direction, thought leadership, mentoring

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in the e-Commerce retail industry
  • 3 years of Consulting experience

As a Customer Success Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and customer deployments of the Terrain Insights solution. Working directly with industry leading clients, you will be tasked with solving key business problems. You will be working on a team that includes Sales, Customer Success, and PwC Advisory consulting teams to deliver world class solutions that establish our customers and clients meet their goals.
