About the Team

As a part of Walmart International, you will lead teams to deliver Digital Merchandising products to drive differentiated customer centric pricing, cost, space, and assortment. As a leader in the Digital Merchandising Transformation, you will be in a unique position to be of service to both our customers/suppliers and our associates. And a member of this organization to support all markets for Walmart International. You'll make an impact by:

  • Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure Product Capabilities and drive Digital Merchandising Transformation for Space and Assortment.

  • Apply Analytics skills to define data capabilities to empower users with data insight.

  • Partnering with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience.

  • Developing and enhancing products - you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.

  • Defining vision and strategies for the Product Merchandising team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and designing initiatives to mature process discovery.

  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

  • Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in computer systems/business process or related fields.

  • 8+ years in product management, process engineering and emerging technologies.

  • 4+ years' experience managing business stakeholder relationships and analyzing business requirements to provide technology solutions.

  • 4+ years' experience building and managing a team of high performing product managers and process engineers.

  • Experience in Merchandising Capabilities is a must.

  • Experience in Agile Methodology and Product Management related certification preferred.

  • Strong experience in merchandising in an omni-channel global organization.

  • Strong experience leading Price, Cost, Space & Assortment Digital Products

  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
