Senior Manager, Product Management

We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.

• Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products

• Lead the product planning process form grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.

• Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment

• Manager a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development

What's needed- Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product management.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.

• Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

• Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
