The Opportunity

The ATS DMe Business Capability, Design & Delivery team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management, responsible for building trusted relationships, driving a meticulous product mindset into the daily work of the product management team, and simplifying and optimizing processes in a matrixed organization.

You will be able to articulate and influence at the executive level (VP, Senior Director) to effect meaningful change especially in areas of business transformation and GenAI innovation. You will collaborate with architecture and program management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and solve business problems.

Your research and analysis will help identify and prioritize features in product andprogram roadmaps. You will build impactful business cases factoring in revenue, cost and organizational change, and will partner with delivery teams on the best implementation method and schedule.

You will present and influence decision making across multi-functional business groups and will be critical to promoting a product mentality to internal business applications. Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role.

You'll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable processes with an emphasis on business value delivery and efficiency. We expect you to lead by example, improve and optimize processes, address technical debt head-on and encourage and promote self-service platform features wherever possible.

What you'll Do

  • Rapidly navigate the Digital Media business RTMs and quickly find opportunities to streamline interactions with ATS to simplify processes and efficiently drive business value.

  • Own the effort to instill product management standards and a focused approach to building an innovative product roadmap

  • Present to VP/Sr. Director level partners every quarter on product roadmap attainment based on data and insight.

  • Partner with Business Unit, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops and Legal Ops to understand their requirements and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap

  • Identify talent development opportunities and drive an agenda of constant learning and improvement.

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years proven track record in software product management and business development.

  • Excellent communications skills both written and spoken, and consistent record to influence executive partners.

  • MBA or Masters degree preferred.

  • Practical knowledge of B2C and B2B RTMs, business processes, enterprise applications (Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Configure/Price/Quote [CPQ], Contract Lifecycle Management [CLM], as well as complex integrations) and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.

  • Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.

  • Interest in mentoring and growing product managers while fostering a focused product approach in everything we do.

  • Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.

  • Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms, business processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,500 -- $285,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
