Wasserman is looking for a motivated individual to join the Global Insights and Innovation team as Sr. Manager of Product Innovation.

Wasserman's Global Insights and Innovation team sits at the center of all we do, supporting the brands, properties, and talent businesses with actionable insights and proprietary products & capabilities. The team leads Wasserman's efforts in audience intelligence, performance measurement, and custom research and analytics. This team also develops and deploys the products and capabilities enabling these efforts. This role will sit at the center of our product development team focused on expanding and evolving the agency's offerings.

The ideal candidate must have a dynamic foundation with the ability to understand and craft data-driven storytelling to inspire action…while also taking the learnings and applying them the build of leading software-based products. This is an opportunity to be a leader within the organization, and this candidate should possess the skills to communicate new concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders. This candidate should be comfortable in a test and learn environment with experience building or developing new products and/or capabilities.

In addition to the above characteristics, we are looking for someone who will proudly represent Wasserman as a critical part of our client service efforts, offering expertise as needed across business development efforts and in supporting the growth of existing clients. We seek curious thought leaders who possess the skills required to assess client opportunities, and design and deploy the optimal research and consulting protocol to meet their objectives.

Duties:

• Manage product roadmap to align organizational priorities with development timelines and necessary stakeholder feedback

• Serve as primary point of contact for the product team with internal colleagues using our products to better understand their needs and pain points, and how we can best serve the agency at scale

• Lead and support Power of Wasserman projects initially focused on creating strategies to recruit, retain, and grow talent across sports, music and entertainment.

• Collaborate with software engineers, design and data methodology teams internally or through contractor support

• Evaluate external partners to potentially evolve or enhance our product offerings

• Consultation support for priority cross-functional projects to provide a Global Insights & Innovation perspective
