About the Team:

The Global Procurement MRO & Construction Materials team is focused on providing value and driving total cost of ownership across many different business units. We support enterprise-wide spare parts programs and the construction materials for new stores and remodels by executing the strategic sourcing strategy, owning supplier relationship management, and developing new ideas to support our EDLC mission.

About the Position:

As a Senior Manager, Global Procurement

• MRO & Construction Materials (MRO, Mechanical, & Automation), you will be responsible for delivering on value goals and building strong relationships with Realty, Supply Chain, and Sam's Club stakeholders. You will lead other sourcing managers by helping to develop the sourcing strategy for materials, while also negotiating larger contracts with new and existing suppliers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist Director in setting sourcing direction for MRO parts and construction materials.

• Own the relationship with business leaders across the enterprise and work with them to identify/develop new strategic programs/initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to execute RFx.

• Develop long-term strategy with strategic suppliers to optimize spend.

• Lead business reviews with strategic suppliers.

• Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Having experience executing multi-million dollar sourcing events and negotiating contract terms.

• Possessing a strong executive presence and being comfortable showcasing your work and ideas to senior leadership.

• Possessing a driver mentality with the desire to deliver positive results for the company.

• Having experience leading and coaching a team.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field. Option 2: 6 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
