Position Summary

Lead the Periodic Access Review function. The Sr. Manager must drive the strategy and manage the team direction to accomplish a complete and accurate access review program for all in scope applications and systems in accordance with the Control requirements as well as regulatory, audit, client contract, and other requirements. This position will be responsible for ensuring the access review process is followed both in the centralized and distributed activities across the enterprise which will include providing training, governance, and monitoring. The Sr. Manager must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with numerous stakeholder teams around the organization including Audit/ assessment, business, and IT teams in varying levels of leadership. Provide actional metrics that measure the effectiveness of the control.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of information security or related experience

  • 5+ years of direct personnel management

  • Multiple years demonstrated understanding of security controls and alignment to key regulations (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI)

  • A year or more experience overseeing a critical operational function

  • A year or more experience in leading periodic access reviews and communicating results

  • A year or more experience in managing work efforts with both internal and external partners in a highly collaborative environment

  • A year or more program, project, or demand management experience in organizing multiple workstreams and tracking to completion

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:

  • Audit and Compliance as it relates to cybersecurity and technology

  • Working knowledge of Identity Management concepts, including Role Based Access Controls

  • Information security policies and procedures

  • Regulatory standards including NIST, SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCI and HITRUST

Skill in:

  • Developing strategy for large matrixed enterprise environments

  • Process mapping and key control identification

  • Project consultation and advising

  • Effective use of reporting dashboards, GRC tools, and presentation tools (PowerBI, Archer, ProcessUnity, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Ability To:

  • Worked independently and in teams

  • Take initiative and drive results

  • Influence outcomes across many teams

  • Provide timely feedback to staff related to their performance

  • Foster a culture of career development and growth

  • Communicate with strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
