We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager, People Data Management and Systems to join the team in our Baltimore office.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE.

The Senior Manager, People Data Management and Systems will oversee the development and use of data systems related to the people & culture team (ATS, Onboarding, HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management, Learning) and will help evolve our HR data strategy. You will be a hands-on subject matter expert, leading a team of 5 on the P&C operations team. You can live anywhere in the United States if you are within commuting distance of a CohnReznick office. This role is considered hybrid and may require travel, on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensuring effective data management, secure procedures, and data analysis

Data Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management for HR data related initiatives.

  • Collaborate with IT to improve HR systems for smarter and efficient use.

  • Lead projects to identify, correct, and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data.

  • Manage mass data change projects and processes.

  • Maintain up to date HR system process documents.

  • HR Lead for HR Systems enhancements and implementations.

  • Oversee platform training for all users ensuring system utilization is optimized.

  • Manage the team who collects, organizes, maintains, and reports on highly confidential employment-related records (e.g., job and personal data changes).

  • Manage the P&C Connect (HR Helpdesk) function.

Data Governance:

  • Collaborate with risk and compliance to maintain the highest level of HR data governance.

  • Manage requests for access to HR systems. Will collaborate with IT to grant access at the appropriate level.

  • Develop protocols around the consumption of HR data.

  • Ensures consistent use of data across the organization. Partners with IT to provide accurate data for firm wide data hubs and business dashboards.

  • Ensures data quality, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant laws and other data privacy regulations.

  • Work closely with IT, leadership, and other stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Be capable of delivering technology solutions required to solve complex business challenges.

  • Have a strong technical foundation with a people operations background.

  • Have strong project management skills for business process changes.

  • Be agile.

  • Thrive in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Have effective communication and critical thinking skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business, Human Resources or Computer Science.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and will have progressive experience in managing HR systems.

  • Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and data governance principles.

  • Strong understanding of the full life cycle of HR processes

  • Experience in HRIS process design and systems implementations

  • Experience in data analytics, data storytelling is a plus

  • Professional Certifications / HRIS Advanced Learning Certifications are a plus

  • Ability to travel - less than 10%
