Job Summary
OPEN Health’s Patient Engagement group offers thought leadership in the development and execution of patient engagement strategy for biotech companies developing therapies for rare diseases. Our clients seek to go beyond patient education to achieve broad patient activation and engagement.
Our Senior Manager, Patient Content and Storytelling plays a key role in capturing the voice of patient thought leaders to tell their stories in an engaging, relevant, and inspiring manner. Our storytelling team conducts in-depth interviews with patients to gain insight into their personal stories, including their diagnosis journey and their experiences living with a disease and receiving treatment. The storytelling team also helps facilitate the editing and review process to ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.
Our versatile storywriters create various types of content, including interview guides, discussion guides, video scripts, emails, social media, and talking points. In addition to excellent interviewing and writing skills, the Senior Manager must be empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects.
