The Senior Manager, Partnership will be critical to the success of sellers successfully completing their onboarding journey into the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) program.

You have exceptional communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills
You can lead and drive results across partners in Business Development, Partner Support and Marketing
You can leverage data to influence and drive results with cross-functional partners
You have experience with eCommerce Seller/Supplier/Brand acquisition
You are curious, data-driven, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced environment
You have the demonstrated ability to understand large-scale problems and develop solution roadmaps and playbooks

Establish WFS Onboarding vision, strategy, success metrics and roadmap, inclusive of:
New-to-WFS sellers
WFS services (e.g., prep, preferred carrier)
Synergistic programs (e.g., Global Inbound)
Optimize WFS Onboarding Across Seller Cohorts
Understanding and influencing Product's WFS onboarding flow development
Developing seller-facing content (webinars, videos, training programs)
Developing enablement tools & processes for sales teams and partner support
Providing curated reporting to, and meeting regularly with, partner teams to drive accountability for WFS seller onboarding in line with goals
