What you'll do...

Walmart Fulfillment Services is a comprehensive solution offered by Walmart to support sellers in managing their online orders and inventory. Walmart takes care of picking, packing, and shipping orders on behalf of sellers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to customers. Additionally, sellers gain access to Walmart's advanced technology and expertise, enabling them to track inventory levels, monitor order status, and manage returns seamlessly. Walmart Fulfillment Services empowers sellers to focus on their core business while Walmart handles the complexities of order fulfillment, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth.

The Senior Manager, Partnership will be critical to the success of sellers successfully completing their onboarding journey into the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) program.

  • You have exceptional communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • You can lead and drive results across partners in Business Development, Partner Support and Marketing

  • You can leverage data to influence and drive results with cross-functional partners

  • You have experience with eCommerce Seller/Supplier/Brand acquisition

  • You are curious, data-driven, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • You have the demonstrated ability to understand large-scale problems and develop solution roadmaps and playbooks

You'll make an impact by...

  • Single Point of Contact for WFS Seller Onboarding Success
  • Serve as the connection point between WFS Onboarding and Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Partner Support, Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement
  • Establish WFS Onboarding vision, strategy, success metrics and roadmap, inclusive of:

  • New-to-WFS sellers

  • WFS services (e.g., prep, preferred carrier)

  • Synergistic programs (e.g., Global Inbound)

  • Optimize WFS Onboarding Across Seller Cohorts

  • Be a champion for sellers by:
  • Understanding and influencing Product's WFS onboarding flow development

  • Developing seller-facing content (webinars, videos, training programs)

  • Developing enablement tools & processes for sales teams and partner support

  • Providing curated reporting to, and meeting regularly with, partner teams to drive accountability for WFS seller onboarding in line with goals

  • Make Data Driven Decisions

  • Leverage analytics to drive performance, understand successes and point points, and ultimately achieve seller onboarding goals
