As a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing at EVERFI, you will play a lead role in driving marketing strategy for customers (partners) in the Global Partnerships vertical. You will develop customer communications, plan and execute customer launch events, and provide marketing support for seasonal customer marketing campaigns. This role offers the right individual a unique and exciting opportunity to work strategically with leading brands, helping them maximize the impact and visibility of their educational investment with their communities, customers and employees. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, seasoned event planner, and adept communicator who possesses creativity and strategic thinking capability, can roll up his or her sleeves, and can execute with flawless attention to detail.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Become fluent in the Global Partnerships marketplace dynamics and EVERFI and our customers' role in driving learning opportunities for K-12 students

  • Develop customer communications with tailored messaging for EVERFI's various customer Networks (Health & Wellness, STEM, Digital Wellness, etc.)

  • Lead planning for customer launch events in schools, including logistics, design, signage and attendee management, social media strategy, and drafting of press materials.

  • Provide thought leadership and support across marketing team for scalable best practices that increase partner engagement and drive partner value.

  • Partner with Customer Success team to develop and execute marketing programs that drive the launch and ongoing coordination of customer programs.

  • Work with corporate marketing team and external vendors to lead development of creative assets including collateral items, video case studies and other marketing materials.

  • Generate content (posts, social tiles) for EVERFI's Social Media handles.

Desired skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience

  • Proactive, self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy level.

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding your audience, creating the right message and supporting customer success.

  • Excellent verbal communications skills, first-class copy editing skills, and ability to articulate your thinking concisely.

  • Innovative thinker who can bring to bear new ideas and oversee the execution and implementation of all strategies on time.

  • Working knowledge of CRM system ( preferred)

  • Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform a plus (Marketo preferred)

  • Willingness to travel (~20%)

VIEW JOBS 6/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-09-10T00:00 Search Jobs Job Description Job Description Our World Wide Readiness, Assessment, Certification & Enablement (RACE) team is looking for a Senior Program Manager that acts as a strategic partner to VMware's Partner Go-to-Market teams, GEO teams and the Partner Sales Acceleration team (PSAT); collaborating to design and implement holistic enablement strategies, plans and materials across all routes-to-market, and to advise on enablement needed to achieve Partner sales' business objectives. This person will use a metrics-driven approach to make business decisions and recommendations. This role will report into the Director of Global Partner Enablement & Programs. Along with the Partner Go-to-Market teams, GEO teams and PSAT, this person will work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver enablement programs that are scalable and tailored to partner pre-sales, sales, and post-sales roles. This person will need to leverage creative enablement solutions such as virtual training, digital and in-person training solutions, in collaboration with the marketing, quarterly launch, and annual planning teams. Enablement plans would include leveraging the existing portfolio of partner enablement program offerings and certifications, as well as developing new programs as required. This person must have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, confidence in relationship building across functions and at all levels, a good understanding of using sponsorship, communications and awareness practices to maximize impact while minimizing time out of selling for Partners. This person will need to confidently assess enablement needs and estimate capacity and resources needed to achieve outcomes, then procure budget and resources as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for both quarterly and annual targets, forecasting and managing budgets to maximize the return on investment being made in this space. Responsibilities & Scope * Primary contact to key stakeholders, gathers enablement requirements, understand roadmaps and priorities specific to enablement plays and GTM strategies * Steer and support enablement programs at a global level, while ensuring there are accessible metrics to understand time to productivity and ROI * Develop and evolve learning path enablement for all partner roles including sales, pre and post sales * Partner with the Content Development team, GEO COEs and other stakeholders to ensure content is developed that is relevant to current priorities both globally and regionally * Act as COE for stakeholders and communicate and advocate for their needs within RACE * Create strategy and learning paths for integrated solutions (vs products) enablement and be a change agent * Work with corresponding Enablement Business Partners within RACE to ensure that all relevant content created internally can be accessible for partner community.
