This is a unique position in a highly entrepreneurial environment with ambitious growth goals with the support of one of the largest retailers in the world (108 year old successful bedding company acquired by The Home Depot).
The Sr. Manager, Paid Media manages a team of associates responsible for executing and optimizing all paid media investments for The Company Store. This responsibility includes strategy to most efficiently spend our marketing dollars, executing the plan, and monitoring performance daily but also requires a high level of critical thinking skills needed in order to leverage unexpected opportunities as these arise, and the ability to communicate and justify any changes to the broader organization. The ability to evaluate and synthesize data is also a prerequisite for success given the complexity of the multiple data sources used in the decision-making processes.

This position reports to Director of Marketing
This position has 2+ direct reports
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 7 years
7 to 10 years of experience actively managing and implementing large Paid Digital and Traditional Media Budgets at an agency and/or large retailer.
Previous experience with retail websites highly preferred.
Familiarity with Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Coremetrics) and/or CRMs
Hands-on experience managing all or most of the following: Google AdWords, Bing, SEO, Display, retargeting, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Affiliates
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams and cross-functional work relationships, both internally and with external agency and media partners.
Strong presentation and writing skills are pre-requisites for success due to the high amount of interaction with teams outside of the Paid Media team.
