As a Senior Operations Manager reporting to the Director and take a hands-on approach and provide strategic operational leadership throughout production and fulfillment. We're looking for someone who is excited to build something awesome and share it with the world!

You will...

Provide leadership from the front lines and immerse yourself in the trenches to increase productivity, promote growth, encourage innovation ideas, and create an excellent culture

• Map out and improve the daily operations in a hyper-growth environment, engaging and motivating the team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders

• Manage dynamic teams to better assess the daily operations of Production, Planning and Fulfillment teams

• Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety and facility compliance while meeting operational goals

• Insure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities

• Promote a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customer

• Conduct presentations and formal training programs to enhance team communication and employee engagement

• Coach, teach and develop team optics to increase core knowledge to create better quality standards

• Promote a culture dedicated to improving when it comes to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery

You have...

• Bachelor's degree required & 8+ years managing fulfillment & production operations in food, beverage, or perishables manufacturing or distribution

• Experience managing teams of 200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is an important part of our success, and you need to help promote it

• Comprehensive background in Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing

• Inventory control management with a background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation a plus)

• Ability to develop procedures that help reduce inventory discrepancies

• Project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement

• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

• Efficient Microsoft Office and Google app
