As the Senior Manager of Vendor Management, you will be responsible for creating, leading, and enhancing an evolving organizational structure and processes for the Vendor Management Organization. You and your team will manage and report on the contract and contractor reconciliation and provide a monthly vendor management reporting package to CVS Kidney Care leadership with your insights and call outs. You will have a strong partnership with Finance on weekly forecasting and budgeting to provide insight for upcoming contracts and expenses. You will own the relationship and partner with Procurement on bi-weekly meetings for all Ariba submissions, contract status updates and process improvement opportunities as well as with Accounts Payable to process payments for sponsorships, memberships and other indirect spend situations.
As the Senior Manager of Vendor Management, you will partner with CVS Kidney Care Leaders on Strategic vendor relationships to provide insight and report on contract status while you maintain a contract repository for all executed agreements and approvals. You will be expected to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners around process, improvements training and planning and evolve and improve vendor processes to improve efficiencies while maintaining agreed upon service levels. In addition, you will participate in projects with CVS Kidney Care Leaders, Vendors, Request for Proposal, business strategy, onboarding, and decommissioning of Vendors.
6+ years of relevant experience/Vendor Operations experience.

Experience with Ariba and purchase order set up and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal skills using written and verbal communications skills to present information and build partnerships.
Use of CVS system tools .
5+ years of experience in Vendor Management.
Ability to motivate and drive team to successful, on-time results.
Ability to manage complex groups and prioritize competing objectives.
Facilitation and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to follow-up and follow through on tasks.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
