ATTRIBUTES:
Communication:
The National Accounts team is a matrixed or cross functional team. Meaning, their primary objective is to coordinate with our most significant customers and support the execution by our local teams across the country. To do this effectively, deliberate and periodic communication -- including weekly updates, call notes, execution updates-- will be vital to achieving "A+ Execution" and ensuring the best in class experience for our partners. This extends beyond periodic communication and includes keeping regular points of contact with key partners across the business and ensuring all parties understand their desired contribution to your objectives.
Extreme Ownership:
This shift will give the SM an opportunity to work with a broader set of customers and will present new challenges. Along with other leaders, it will be necessary to set your own course and lead the execution with these customers. To exhibit meticulous ownership, the SM will need to gain a complete understanding of our objectives and take the personal initiative to complete those objectives without regard for extenuating factors, external or internal.
Detail Oriented and Organized:
Our most significant customers are of higher sophistication than any others. To be successful, the SM must continue to advance social skills to understand and own every detail of our customers. Presenting La Colombe as masters in execution will be substantial to our continued success in this business. Passion For Sales and Relationships: This is an outward facing role that will require the SM to sell and maintain strong relations, both internally and externally.
