Looking for your next challenge? North America Sort Centers (NASC) are experiencing explosive growth and looking for a skilled, highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager with leadership experience and a strong delivery record to join the NASC Mid-Term Planning Team (US and Canada).

An ideal candidate has an extensive background in product, program, and technical leadership for large scale strategic initiatives. S/he has the ability to lead a team, create product/program visions, drive requirements documentation, manage complex multi tech/ops/business org opportunities, drive execution of programs/products, pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, and standardize/create scalable processes leveraging technology.

This job will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Business, Operations, and tech stakeholders, while having the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving complex logistics challenges and possess a bias to get things done and deliver results.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of industry experience in operations, general management, distribution systems, or engineering fields

  • 5+ years of people leadership and management experience

  • Data-Driven quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

  • MBA or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical field preferred

  • Superior communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively lead, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently

  • Lean/Six Sigma Process Improvement Experience
