Job Title: Senior Manager, Modeling (multiple openings)

Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Motivates and mentors the team of data scientists/modeler to grow their skills and careers, focused on creating a nurturing environment which encourages innovation and continual learning.

Leverages extensive, deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive the development of data science solutions and implements data-driven recommendations and outcomes. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Analytics or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Developing statistical, machine learning or deep learning algorithms including classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and neural networks algorithms; Lead teams in delivering end-to-end modeling or data science solutions; Utilizing tools including Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and Keras; Scripting and programming languages, including SQL, Python, and R; Cloud-based data and analytics solutions including Tableau, Snowflake, and Teradata; Communicate and present strategies to leaders using Excel and PowerPoint; Visual Storytelling; and Data visualization using Excel and Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $149,500.00 to $209,900.00.

Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
