LinkedIn's Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will drive new client acquisition and use your strategic social selling skills to lead and inspire a team focused on educating prospective customers on the benefits and value of Sales Navigator. You will serve as a leader across our North American Mid-Market Account Executive teams to share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make customers as strong and successful as possible.
A successful Senior Manager candidate will build, lead and inspire a team of Mid- Market sales leaders and Account Executives. Drive a compelling vision within the team to inspire performance.

Manage Director+ stakeholders to support and sponsor change
Deeply understand the full LinkedIn Narrative - both free and paid - including our value to both members and companies - to evangelize in the market with your team
Build strong relationships proactively with Sr. executives across LinkedIn and within your team's top accounts
Coach sales leaders and reps on skills gaps. Mentor other reps and leaders across the business
Build a sustainable and scalable plan to drive key performance metrics
Create a territory plan to win customers
Ensure execution on account strategy plans to win new business
On a weekly basis, plan out your activities/meetings to ensure you are focused on your largest opportunities. And, help organize the work for others that are supporting you
Provide key thought-leadership on key projects and business initiatives as we grow the business world-wide
Track and achieve key team performance metrics.
Drive predictable results and accurate forecasts on a quarterly, semiannual and annual basis.

Help LinkedIn win as a company in our vision and mission by taking on specific, results-oriented projects.
8+ years managing sales teams and/or sales leadership teams within Mid Market or Enterprise space
Experience leading a team of sales leaders in consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Previous experience building high performance sales teams
Startup experience in small or large companies
Proven track record of winning in net new logo environments
Extensive experience selling to C-level Executives across sales, marketing and other executive functions
Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals
