Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Solve business problems for our clients developing a deep understanding of the challenge or opportunity and devising the best strategic solution to it through the use of data, technology, content and media.
Identifies approach and key deliverables across marketing science offering to meet client marketing and business challenges
Possesses combination of quantitative and qualitative research competencies; with the ability to merge both qualitative and quantitative research results to deliver deeper insights
Develop data driven digital strategies by always maintaining a multi-channel customer centric approach and by linking all projects to business results and measuring them accordingly.
Act as a problem solver to digital marketing challenges across paid (online display, search, social, radio, etc.) and owned media (email, direct mail, website, etc.).
Drive engagements with clients to define, design, deliver and enable cross platform technology, data and business optimization solutions across leading marketing vendors including Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft.
Lead marketing optimization programs, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing optimizations, for increasing conversion rates and revenue generated from site content, e-mail marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM and promotions
Influence clients to measure true business value by creating a learning agenda that highlights how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques
Bachelors Degree required preferably in Business Administration, Interactive Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Development, or Information Management
7+ years of relevant experience with digital channels and data driven marketing including demonstrable expertise with marketing technologies, campaign management systems, conversion rate optimization platforms, ad serving platforms, web analytics systems and data management platforms
Expertise with Salesforce DMP is the focus (formerly called Krux)
A secondary option would be experience with Adobe Audience Manager or Oracle Bluekai, or Neustar
B2B experience will be a nice plus
Not a customer facing role, but strong communication skills are desired
Flexible with travel when necessary (not a week-week occurrence)
Strong team player
Advanced PPT and Excel skills required
